Change font to non google webfont

Hi all,
I would like to change the font in this template to a font, that doesn't exit in Google Webfont, just hiere e.g. http://www.fonts.com/de/font/microsoft-corporation
Can you explain me how to implent these fonts, also if there are not for free, so I have to buy them first?
It 's important that every user can see this font, or is that not possible with fonts outside the Google and Squirrle Webfont?

To be able to use that font you need to buy it and incorporate it into template.
Please read about @font-face and webfonts to understand how this technique works.
