That is not going to have problems creating users through the control panel, not by phpmyadmin

I can't quite understand. You should be able to add users via Joomla user manager. Is there a problem with that?

accurate, I can not add users via joomla administrator.

No error, just do not save

Perhaps a problem with database user privileges?
Please turn on error reporting in Joomla global configuration - maybe then the error will show.

Hi,

active errors and nothing happens

and has all permissions

Last thing to check - please change template to Beeze. If it will not fix the problem - it is in Joomla itself and probably in your hosting settings. PErhaps you could contact hosting company support and ask why your Joomla can't write to database.
One more question - beside users, can you create new articles?

Must have been a momentary problem hosting
