VM Categories in frontend dont show products in

Hello,

The Shop & Buy J2.5 template shows in the main categorie level all products of the sub categories. Now in the new template, the products of the subcategories arent shown. how can i adjust this?

And. It is possible to show only the products of the categories and hide the category overview in the content?

What layout are You using ? It's hard to guess from image. A "category layout" shows products and "categories layout" shows list of categories. I do not know a layout capable of showing both at the same time ;/

Could u tell me the correct settings? Is the second example a bug? Because the Sidebar is in the Content!

I cannot tell what is wrong because I do not understand this settings, but the bug looks to be a validation error. Can You please tell me the url to live site so I'll be able to check it with developer tools to tell something more ?

If You want compare settings with our demo than install quickstart in a different location to have a copy to look into.

this is your standard quickstart installation shop and buy j3.3. with VM3.0. you can simply adjust my settings. create a sub-category and then you will see the result by clicking the maincategorie. In the settings of the categorie you can switch from default to categories. Here you will see the result.

I want. if the category is clicked, then, all products of the category and subcategories are to be displayed. I want the categories in the content are not displayed, but the products are to be displayed. strange. You´re right. I could adjust it. it must be related to the migration of the db tables from the vm 2.6 to vm 3.0. Could you send me your categorie settings? Now, i had no products in the main categorie. Only the subcategories where shown without the products of the subcategories

I can´t send you an url, because it is on my notebook with a xampp installation.

I do not know which settings You need, so I think it would be better if You just install a quickstart in some subfolder to have something to compare it to.

I have not touched anything in configuration after installing a quickstart, so if You need to compare other setting just install quickstart and check.
