I disable tinyMCE editor in global configuration (change editor to "editor - none").
I go to Components->Contacts->Contacts and edit first contact. Change to Miscellaneous Information tab where i will find map configuration element, but on site there isn't map

From what I understand you are trying to use map on a template which is not designed to do so and this is the main problem.
