Additional images (productdetails) issue after update

Hi all,
I'm having an issue with the additional images in product details page.
I recently upgraded joomla, the template and virtuemart to the last versions in order to solve some previous issues.
Unfortunately, after that the additional images does not open anymore (nor in the popup neither in the main image position).
And with this, the main image does not open in a pop-up anymore when clicked, but it opens in a new window. Same issue with "Ask a question", no more pop-up but a new window.

Just an update,
from Developer Tools i get this error:
jquery.fancybox-1.3.4.pack.js:18 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'msie' of undefined

Hi

This may be a problem with jQuery library being loaded multiple times or using wrong version. Try install Easy jQuery plugin and configure it to use jQuery in a version which came with newest joomla.

thank you for your answer.

I've installed JQuery Easy in my website and I tried different options (I'm not expert in jquery at all).
The only plugin configuration which changes my issue is:
- Enable jQuery --.> jQuery
- Version ---> jQuery v1.8 (latest version)

Whit this option additional images go to the main image position when clicked, and "manufacturer" and "ask a question" pop-ups came back.
However, the main image doesn't zoom or open in the pop-up, and it does not zoom at all (not even in the new page, as it did before JQuery Easy installation).
In Chrome console I see a lot of error messages, some of them still referring to jquery issues.

Could you please take a look at my site?

I've been able to fix it only by asking a technical support from a friend company.
It was effectively a jquery issue, but I don't have all the details yet.

I'll try to translate the details when I'll get them in the case they could be helpful.

There is no need to. I suppose a second jQuery library was loaded by VM for this page and it was causing the conflict. A fix for such problem is often installing Easy jQuery plugin or disabling adding jQuery in VM settings.
