How to add a new style menu, like used as hotel's template: https://demo.gavick.com/joomla3/hotel/

And if this template (Shop & Buy) support Boostrap?

Hi,
inside S&B you will not find Boostrap framework,
but of course you can add it using, for example, a plugin.

How to add a new style menu, like used as hotel's template: ../

Using CSS only. Just override current styles with new, custom ones.
You can also take some from Hotel template if you like them.
But this is task only for you, we do not support customizations.
