Funky scaling on table?

I don't know if this is a template issue, but the table that I put on this page:
http://thereshopeforthehungry.org.websi ... /locations
doesn't appear to scale right when you reduce it to mobile width.
The table cells get all overlapped and funky. (See image)

Any suggestions as to what I can do to fix that?
I have the table set to 100%, so I don't know what's going on.

Hi,
<table> is old style, and by default do not work well on small screens and we cannot do nothing with it,
that's why are so popular extensions on JED which can help ... make them responsive.
...but I saw also that right now you used <li> instead and works okay also on my smartphone.

Advice: Do not use tables if you do not have to.
