change a language of a cart on the homepage

Hi there,
I wonder how to change the language of the word cart on the homepage (right corner). I've done this with nonumber ReReplacer element component, but I still cannot convert the "My Cart" text, when I click the link from homepage. Any solution for another than english language?

Thanks, it was there. I am not sure you saw the page I have posted http://galerialepsisvet.sk/ I have virtuemart products displayed on the frontpage, but they are not displayed correctly (the second row of the products is displayed badly). How can I fix it?

No, I didn't saw before. Because I do not check all topics here.
It's because image "Na pohreb" is too long and takes place in row.
I suggest to change order in module, replace tractor "Obraz" with "Na pohreb" and should be ok.
Second option would be set max height for images.
