Please help with some minor issues with this template

Hi, i need to find out something that is in your demo but i haven't able to see on quickstart:

1. the SSL on your site demo, it doesn't work when only enabling in VM3. how did you do it only for the checkout? did you use a plugin or script to do it?
2. how do i make the "cart" menu item with the pop-up?
3. when add to cart, the pop-up doesn't look like in your demo...no buttons for "show cart" "continue shopping" and it looks much more simple (no CSS?) in my working site.
4. is there a build in function that enables me to show a pop-up message when home page loads only for current session?

a lot of questions but i am sure they are easy to answer, please help so i can finalize my site

ok, i have manage to fix the SSL and the load cart link menu, i am left with these questions:

what do i need to be able to get the answers form the support i paid? do i need the VIP support? i mean don't even see an option to upgrade to VIP.
i have the questions above but i will arrange them again because i have another one:

1. I can see Login with facebook is working, it just need to be configured in facebook app settings, becuase right now it's throwing a message: "Not configured Application: This application is still in developer mode and you do not have access to it. Log in to your account registered user test or ask the administrator of the application permissions."

3. Our demo is based on Joomla 2.5, You are using Joomla 3.4 with newest Virtuemart where syntax for this popup was changed so much, that the look from older version is not possible to achieve, this is why we came up with a different one for this element.

4. Can You please explain it a little bit more with some examples maybe ? Joomla has it's own popup system triggered with "modal" class, but I do not understand how You wish to use it. Maybe this plugin will come in handy too: https://www.nonumber.nl/extensions/modals

i was meaning like when you access a site and there is a pop-up message in overflow or coming from the right side of the screen with news, announcement ect....and you can close it and continue browsing on the frontpage, and when you exit your session it will pop up again if you re-visit the site.
