registration shop & buy bug

After clean install of shop & buy don't recieve email after vm registration.
Customer/shopper is recieving email.
Is this a bug? how should this be configured to work.

I'm Using Joomla! 3.4.8 and VirtueMart 3.0.14
Tried many options to fix this but without success.

Any help would be appreciated.
