Links do not work when you deactivate the plugin WooCommerce

When I deactivate the plugin WooCommerce, works only homepage .
Please help me.

Before deactivating the plugin, you can try to backup your .htaccess file and replacing its content after deactivating the plugin.

The .htaccess file should be located in the root of your WordPress installation.

Please make sure that your FTP client shows system hidden files, because all files with names starting with dot in unix-based OS is a system hidden file.

additionally, how can i remove my cart from top menu?? i see it is gone after i deactivate woocommerce. but then my posts go blank.

Before deactivating woocommerce plugin, please remove all widgets which are using woocommerce widget rules (i.e. cart widget to remove cart from top menu). If you'll still have problem with that, please send me a private message with backend access to your website and I'll check the issue.
