amazing theme ... but come on take a look at the speed test

google page test :

mobile 49 dektop 65 ... come one ... it should be a bit better then this :)

what are the settings recommended to optimize ...

i have

template
#1 Use GK Cache = on
#2 CSS compression = on

plugins
#1 System - GK Cache = enabled

system Cache Settings
#1 cache = ON Conservative caching
#2 Cache Handler = File
#3 Cache Time = 15
#4 Session Lifetime = 15
#5 Session Handler = Database

is there anything i should have on or off ? ...

i dont have many pluginns/modules/components ... enabled ...and the ones i dont use i always remove ...

juts trying to get a bit better speed ... thats all

All settings are 100% correct.
I assume google page test is not the best solution for JS driven pages, that loads content dynamically and renders it with animations. Also images size are important in calculating performance.

like compressions ? ... css cache ? or any other settings that could help ?

You can try use js compression and css cache, but if You are planing to do some changing to side don't, as changes will be cached and will not show to users.
Also on some hosting servers those options might break the site (so check if everything works fine with use of "incognito" mode in Chrome, or similar mode in other browsers).

ok thats fine ...

but how come the demo pages can score : mobile 72 and desktop 85 .?

the test is done with the same " google page test " ? i tried almost all M social pages ... and all have a very good score ...

theres got to be something :)
