GK JomSocial Feed - Selected status doesn't exist

Hi,
I'm trying to build my website using configuration provided by m-social template. With regards to latest status feeds from JomSocial I'm getting error "Selected status doesn't exist". As this is my first testing site I have only super-user in JomSocial initialized. There are 3 images uploaded and two status updates for this user created all post are public.

Could you help me to troubleshoot this error as I'm not able to google this out.

Use CSS Force disabled

As there is no response for this issue. I went into the module to have a look what is going on.

In mod_gk_js_feed under modules helper.php I checked the SQL query for the status feed.
There is a condition for "community_activities" table "access" column to be equal 0. I have checked this one with DB and there are access = 10 for global sharing. I'm not sure if it is relevant for this settings of global sharing or not. Anyway I have changed this value to 10 and updated and now it works. Can you explain what the column controls and if this is correct work-around.
