Looks like it's the same module used over and over again. You need to set a different modules or select a different source if those are different modules and only showing same thing. If it's NSP try "First news number" option with different numbers. Hard to guess without seeing it.

and it is a option to create forum?

I do not understand this question about forum, can You explain ?

When You will edit Grid module settings You will see the colors of boxes. There You can see how order will affect module. Next step is to go to modules list. Restrict it to show only the module position You have used in grid module ( grid1 by default ). Than hit "Order" column name and set the order with drag and grop by the icon in order column.

Those are modules published in bottom4 module position. You simply need to unpublish them.

If You want a forum there instead publish forum module in bottom4 module position, but I do not know any forum module, so I'm not sure if this will be possible.

Can You explain what do You mean ? I see that menu is pretty wide already. How and where would You like to resize it ? You mean font size ? If yes than here is the code:
