Menu item like in the University Template

Hi,

until now i use the T3 Blank template with his megamenu.
In T3 there is possibilie to build menuitems with different rows.
Now i want to change to (M)Social.

I want to use this like in your University template.
For example klick here and scroll over the "Template" Menu item.
How can i do that in (M)Social?
