JomSocial Toolbar missing items

Hi, my JomSocial toolbar is missing items.
There is no "JomSocial Toolbar" in the menu manager.
I see the black bar in the JomSocial section, but it doesn't have the items it's supposed to have.

and I already have the latest version of the Template

1) JomSocial toolbar is based on Menu - I guess there you have menu items?
2) Last GK template update was updated for JomSocial 3.4 - so maybe because that you don't see toolbar?
3) You can do two tricks:
a) rename that file : templates\gk_msocial\html\com_community\toolbar.header.php
and if after that change you will see it again,
you can take this file from old version of template, I guess you still have it, if not give me sign.

Please remember that all updates are for new version of JomSocial, we cannot stop, because you have old.

Basically, JomSocial is supposed to have Menu items on that toolbar and it should have a menu section in Menu Manager of the Joomla backend.
It doesn't.

Any ideas? I've tried what you said, nothing. I don't know what else to do

Do last try:

1) Try on default Joomla template if you see all elements
2) Rename that folder: templates\gk_msocial\html\com_community

First off, the M Social theme is applied, it looks ok. Just the JomSocial toolbar isn't showing up in the menu items in the Joomla backend. I've uninstalled it, reinstalled it.
So therefore, I can't seem to figure out how to get the generic JomSocial menu items to show up.
I did what you said, no changes...still do not see the menu items.

This is the toolbar that is supposed to show by default.
It is supposed to install automatically, however, it's not showing up. I'm being told it's a template issue

I've been waiting a long time to get this resolved.
No response for 3 days.
If this is how support is, maybe I picked the wrong site?
