Hello,

I guess that this is not a strict gavick issue, but I'd love if someone could help me :-)

The problem is about K2 items images: when I see the category views all the images are fine, if I open one item the images is broken because its path (as seen from the site inspection) is wierd:

/web/htdocs/www.visitlanciano.com/home/media/k2/items/src/f8a458e18503c86603dc02339a944feb.jpg

instead of /media/k2/items/src/f8a458e18503c86603dc02339a944feb.jpg

It seems that K2 adds the absolute path to the image so the link of course is broken

This problem came out some days ago, but I can't figure out what kind of change I made: earlier the items images were fine.

Maybe the problem came out after the moving of the site from a test folder to the root directory (?)

I double checked the absolute path of the site with a php code that provides it, so I set it on the configuration file

One of the k2 items causing problem is this: http://www.visitlanciano.com/it/shoppin ... state-2016

Thanks in advance for your help :-)

Hi

Please try if adding live_site value in joomla global configuration will help.

Also please rename template's /html/com_k2 to _com_k2, so it will test if problem is not coming from overrides in our template.

Hello,

thanks for your reply

I tried both to temporarly deactivate the k2 override and to insert in config.php the live site, but the problem is still there... :-(

I also cleaned all the joomla and browser cache...

Thanks for your help :-)

Hi

Try update K2 than. You may also need to contact their support, I'm not K2 expert and they may have already come across this issue.
