We have installed M Social quickstart do we need to also install the rest-files download and if so please explain the process for us not so tech whizz people . Thanks

If you have installed the quickstart then there is no need to install any additional packages.

Ok thaks will try and work my way through it now then - any customisation tips on your website anywhere other than whats on the dashboard ?

Sorry but I don't understand what do you mean by the customization tips.
