Problems with the Quickstart Package

Hi there,

We installed the Quickstart package of this theme yesterday using the tutorial provided.
The demo is hosted on a server shared account.

Since we have experienced various issues:
1. Elements of the demo are missing. Please check the link below:

2. The other site on the account keep looping and crashing.
We are receiving connection to the database message error from the front-end.

Kindly let me know if there are issues we should be aware of with this theme or demo.
Would you be able to identify any problem from your end?

I can see it was removed already. Please send me an access to ftp and database so I'll try to install it myself and see what the problem can be.

Thank you for your reply and help.
We don't know what triggered the problem but we kept losing the connection to the database after the installation of the Quickstart package.
To resolve it ASAP, we re-installed the demo on a dedicated web hosting account.
Everything seems to be working fine now.

I have a similar issue, i have a website without the content and articles. I have purchased templates from other sites in the past and they supply an SQL dump which has the content. Do these template have a database to get them up and running? I have definitely uploaded all the files, modules, plugins and extensions are all within the admin console but no articles )except for Home) exist? The documentation tells me about importing a JSON file? Where is that?

If You want a demo content than please install quickstart. It's basicaly a joomla installation with all the content inscluded.

Could you please let me know if there is any copyright right issue with the use of the demo images on a live site?

All the images You can see in our demo has been replaced with a placeholder images. Unfortunately law prohibits us from redistributing it further.
