Hello

I am not quit sure you are the correct person to address this to but maybe you can deliver my problem to someone to deal with it.
I also didn't know where to open a related topic to this in the forum because it seems that there is no fitting sub forum.

I can't open the music state demo site anymore.
Everytime I try to open the site my browser tries to load it for a while and then the following message is shown:
"You are a spammer, hacker or an otherwise bad person."

I am not a spammer but a paying customer :-/
Did I do something wrong or is the demo site broken?

Thanks in advance.

I don't have a problem with MY site.
The problem is that I can't access http://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/musicstate/ anymore.

It didn't work for me for about 5 days. But because I couldn't find any announcement related to this I wrote this post.
I tried it again some minutes ago with my office computer where it works fine.

I will try again at home.

But I am very curious if that is/was a general issue or just a local one.
And if it is/was a local issue what did I do to get called a spammer??

From home the mentioned demo site still isn't reachable.
What reason could that have?

Perhaps your ISP is somehow cutting the site off? It works completely fine.

What you might try is to load the site with use of different browser.

Thank you for your reply.

I tried to load the site with Opera, Chrome, Firefox and Safari. It still won't show up - the spam-notice is showing up instead.

A friend of mine tried to load the site as well. He has a totally different ISP and lives 50 km away and the site won't show up for him as well.

My smartphone on the other hand is able to load the site correctly - as long as I don't surf over my home WiFi.

Maybe it's possible for one of your people to get to know in which case the server responses with this kind of message. Than I could evaluate this issue a little better.

Could you please provide some more details? What country are you from? What IP do you use (http://www.whatismyip.com/). I'll provide the info to our devteam to check whats wrong.
From what I know our services uses cloud solutions to spread page around the world faster - perhaps the cloud solution provider has some blockage - and with that we will not be able to fight... I hope it just isn't the case.

Just make sure to login correctly to our site. To many login attempts (wrong username, password or both) causes scripts to block the IP.
