Out of the Box Issues Musicstate Quickstart J!3

I just did a clean install of the quick start and found some issues I’ll need to get fixed ASAP for my client who own this license:

1. Not sure if has something to do with it, but through the installation process when it gets to the last page, where it supposed to show the resume of all the info filled, the fields are there but the filled info shows blank. This did not stop the installation but look weird.

2. Publishing or unpublishing K2 categories by clicking in the “check” icon does not work, it refresh the page but state does not change.

3. In the front page, the GK grid modules seem not working as it supposed to, in the modules: “Best albums” and “News” only the first article is showing up. In Best Albums have a loading spinning… , in News, just the dates. Even I did some mods this happens since out of the box installation.

by the way, not sure if some of the issues are gavick or joomla 3.2, which seems to be very bugged yet. Is ip posible to get the quickstart package with joomla 3.1.5?

I have similar issues with the quickstart for this template. Also, all GK modules Grid, News Show Pro, Tab sare not loading correctly on the backend. I tried this insall twice. Tested in IE10 and FF25

The modules seem to be working now.

Well not still working... The backend GK modules display problem was caused by the NoNumber Better Preview Plugin. The other problems listed here still exist on a fresh install of quickstart.

Please redownload the quickstart package - we have found a problem in it and we have fixed it.

I installed the J3 Quickstart and had no install issues but have not yet configured the front page mods as configuring internal components.

I cannot download the quickstart again so is there a way I can fix these issues you mention ?

Maybe this is my misunderstanding

Can I re-upload the quickstart package to an existing site or will it wipe the site and start all over again?

I have spent 3 days reworking an internal component and would rather not have to redo all this again

In this case you should try to reupload the quickstart files (without the installation directory) - please remember to merge directories not replace, because you will lost your component changes.
