Jomsocial : error 1064 on Profile view

Hi there,

I’m using Jomsocial 3.0.5.3 and Joomla 3.2.0. for the Music State template - and the Profile Pro extension to customize layouts for each Jomsocial profile types.

I’ve encountered an error 1064 on user’s profile view, and the debug displays this :
" Notice: Use of undefined constant DS - assumed 'DS' in /***masked*** /plugins/system/plg_gkextmenu/plg_gkextmenu.php on line 44 "

Of course, I've first asked for the Joomduck support. They said this :
" It seems like this error is not related to Profile Pro. Do you have any SEF component installed ? This error can also be related to gkextmenu module, try disabling it. "

So I've tried to disable SEF function and gkextmenu plugin (GK Menu Extended Parameters), but nothing changed...

Note1 : there's no problem with normal mode of Jomsocial profile view (without Profile Pro)
Note2 : the profile pro extension works perfectly (with the same version of Joomla/Jomsocial) on another website using another template (Msocial)... it seems that the issue only occurs on this template.

Do you have any idea please ?

Error 1064 means that joomla is trying to use a resource which doesn't exists. Please check if there is for example a message from a user who was deleted or module is trying to display article which doesn't exists anymore. Please uninstall extmenu plugin just to be sure it's not calling this removed content.

Finally the Jomduck (profile pro extension) found a bug with quotes in title of the Jomsocial profiles, wich was causing that 1064 error... I'm waiting now for the fix update. Everything works perfect without quotes in the profile title.

But, the debug still displays this :
" Notice: Use of undefined constant DS - assumed 'DS' in /***masked***/plugins/system/plg_gkextmenu/plg_gkextmenu.php on line 44 "

I could just disable debug messages but I would like to know if this error is serious ? (Do you still think I should uninstall extmenu plugin)

This is not an error but just a notice, so it's not serious at all.

Yes quotes in content may affect a database query and result in picking up a row which was not intended to. Please check if Magic Qotes are disabled in Your server, that's the most common thisn causing this exact situation.
