Disable user login from off-line site

Hello All,

I have tried all suggestions from the forum and other sites for this one, but cannot figure it out.

I have latest Musicstate template installed and is in off-line state.

I cannot find anywhere to disable the login form that appears when site is switched to off-line.

I have tested files such as 'mod_login', all 'com_users' files, and registration files.

I have made a little search and it seems that disabling it will block you from accessing frontend.
