Error page after login failed

if I try to login and the login failed, I get an error page without any helpfull information.

I've made some tests and can say for sure that problem is not with our template. Same thing is happening with a joomla default template. So this has to be joomla or something with joomla configuration or server settings. Please send me an access to joomla panel this. Please do not forget to tell me also the url to joomla panel. I cannot tell why a normal /administrator is not working.

I've just tried to figure the problem out but after switching a template to a joomla default one I'm not able to see the administrator panel again. I think I got restricted from admin panel for playing with login component. Can You please disable the security so I'l be able to check it some more ?

Anyway I think it's a joomla error. Could not found any report of this on joomla forum, so it may be from some wrong file left with installation. I would try to reinstall joomla. This may correct the error.
