Java Popup "Login / My Account" Does not open fully

The Java popup that controls the user login module will open only on certain pages, such as the Home Page of Jom Social, it will only show have the box. On other pages it seems to work fine. Can someone fix this?

Can You tell me exactly which page is showing which problem ? I'm clicking throught You site, but login popup always works and is displayed fully.

For top members issue I cannot see fomepage, becuase of a JCH compression. Can You please disable it ?

The theme does not work correctly, its causing everything to go haywire? When will Gavick fix this? I am tired of waiting, I will be calling my bank soon to cancel payment

There is no need to call bank, You can simply ask sales department for a refund if You are not satisfied.

But I think most of Your problems are caused by JCH. Not all scripts can be combined together because some scripts or styles needs to be loaded in a specific time or order and when placed in one file loses this ability.

Please tell me the exact urls to Your problems. Right now I have visited every page already and login is always fine. Screenshot attached. I know about a bug there because JS team used a css selector "clear" to strip elements from padding, margin, height, etc and we are using same css class to clear floats. I just need to see it broken to tell the fix for it.
