Change language of "read more"

Hello, I'm working on an new site here: http://www.schützengilde-korbach.de

I try to change the phrase "read more" right on top of the page. I tried to change some files but seems I didn't find the right one. Can you help me?

Hi, to change the "read more" text, you need to:
copy the file "en-EN.mod_image_show_gk4.ini" located in the directory ../language/en-EN in your language directory, I suppose: ..language/de-DE
then you have to rename it in de-DE.mod_image_show_gk4.ini
and edit the last line in the file:
MOD_IMAGE_SHOW_MUSIC_STATE_READMORE="Read more"
