Menu link to page scroll?

Hi guys,

Hopefully your week has started off great! We would like to know how we can possibly have the menu navigations autoscroll to specific content on our page. Sort of like a parallax one-page theme effect.

For example, if I click a menu labeled "Blog" and the blog is on the home page, I would like the browser to scroll directly to the section where the "Blog" content is present.
