I cannot upload Feature Images under posts. Any idea why?

Hi Piotr, I am not sure if this is WP issue or not but since you are experts and have many theme users would you know how to fix the issue with not being able to upload Feature Images under posts anymore?

Hi Andrea,
Could you please switch to any default WordPress theme, like twenty fourteen and check the issue again?
Then, please send me a PM with your backend access (again - I've removed old PMs).

Hi Piotr, thank you for suggesting us to backup and update our WP version to 4.1 to fix issues with Feature Image not uploading for new posts on Music State Theme. Hi dear Piotr, thank you again for you support as we're happy to have found solution for previous issue..! We did fix some dbs and clean up our server in US on GoDaddy.com.

We would like to make a posts page that will display multiple posts already written with function show/hide. We saw the template-latest post that looks like in the layout to what we need, but we would need to make only certain posts / categories to show in the correct order and ultimately use the jQuery function show/hide (Read More/Hide) on the same page. We already use the function of FAQ under each main pages:

What do you think we can do about it? Do you already have such function in template? or what you suggest we edit templates or function at each post?

You can change the template-latest.php file, to display only certain posts/categories using custom wordpress loop:

Hi Piotr, we are currently working using your instructions and we'll let you know how it goes!
Mean time we would like to replace all arrows in both website and tablet/mobile using a different design,
taller that might fix some non-allignement issue while displaying it on the site and on responsive too.
Where can we find arrows design and where in css to change them all?

Hi, you are using images as arrows, so the easiest way is just replace the following image:

Try to create it in Photoshop or other graphis application or try to find free to use icons, check i.e. Font Awesome:

Thank you so much Piotr! We will find it or redo it with photoshop or illustrator as vector .png.
We still have not found the way ourselves nor a programmer capable to understand and help us
with the template.latest.php to JQuery loop to only show multiple posts of a certain category in order and change the
'read more' button with a show/hide function which we have already functioning for our FAQ at the bottom of each menu page..
Can you recommend us a way to achieve result? Can you/Gavick provide this by any chance as per extra payment of course? I believe you do not do this but we really cannot seem to get out of this one... Thank you in advance and for you understanding and constant support...

Sorry for multiple questions, what is the .php file regulating where arrows appear, alignment and size for both desktop and tablet? If I do 128px arrows they mismatch the current layout..

Try to use the same image size and position like in original arrow image:

the css is placed in your wp-content/plugins/gk-nsp/gk-nsp.css file.
Regarding the template.latest.php file - send me a PM, maybe I'll try to figure something out.

Hi Piotr, we are trying to use GK NSP to show sub-menus on our website instead of galleries to make browsing information much more intuitive and easy using your built-in widget to do so!

We are experiencing issues in customising/editing the sub-menu on a page called http://www.romeadvisor.com/test to show perhaps all sub-menus of (TOURS or SHOPPING) just like we have been always using on the homepage to show what we offer.

Can you please show us how and we will continue the rest.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand you can't display sub-menus using GK NSP, what exactly do you mean by sub-menus?
I can't see any NSP widget on this page: http://www.romeadvisor.com/test/
If you want to display NSP widgets on the grid (like on the frontpage), let me know which categories/posts do you want to use.

Hi Piotr, we're sorry we meant to use GK Grids instead of GK Galleries (GK NSP) to rappresent our selection under each menu page. We can send you the site structure and photoshop the concept to be more clear.
Example under 2nd menu: TOURS (ЭКСКУРСИИ) would like to see (now temp under test page) ROME BY INTEREST, ANCIENT ROME, NEAR ROME as a main test. I'm attaching screenshots for categories hoping this be helpful from us. Thank you. Andrea&Alesia

I've added GK Grid widget into your page:

GK Grid is placed in Mainbody Top widget area and the source (News Show Pro widgets) are placed in GK Grid V widget area.
Now you have to configure News Show Pro widgets and GK Grid exactly as your other widgets (on the frontpage) and should be ok.
