url shows categories that don't exist

Hi. I installed InStyle with the sample data included. After a few days I removed the sample data items and categories. Strange enough it happens sometimes that I open new items and the url looks like this: http://www.the-green-island.co.uk/www2/ ... fu-holiday
This 'women-s-brands' category don't exist no more. How can I get rid of it?
The same with creating links: in the window to link to an article or category the old removed categories and items are still showed in the list. Is there anything I can do about it? It's pretty annoying :woohoo:

I deleted cache of all tools several times with no result.
FYI: I use K2 and JCE...

Hi,
It like magic, categories reborn is like in "Walking dead" TV series ??
I suggest to empty also Trash content from Menu Manager and Categories Manager

if won't help ..let me know.
