Where is the index to edit the template?

Firstly, sorry for my English, i'm Spanish and i'm improving my english.

I just bought the template for a project and i'm having problems because i don't find the index.html to edit the title of the website (inStyle) in the header of the web.

Also i'm having problems to change the images... is there any document where i can find where i have to go to change every thing?

Please start by reading any Joomla for beginners.
When you use CMS like Joomla you done edit html files - you do everything from the backend.

i've changed everything but i don't find the way to change the titles that are inside of the images (Women 2013 collection... BIG SALE OF THE WOMEN 2013 COLLECTION - UP TO 75%!...)

Could you please post a link to exact location where the change should be made and mark it on a screenshot?
