I managed to change the font size of the title, but I still have two questions:

1- How can I change the text in the "Read more ..." of the item in a category button?

2- How I can include the cost of the item in the category?

I already achieved change the text "read more ...", I only need the third question.

First you have to check if this is possible on default Joomla template than you can ask again.
Because we cannot provide feature which wasn't designed by component developers.
