Shopping cart pop up window not showing.

Hi guys.

When I click on Shopping Cart button to see the items, the pop up window does not show up, only the black background is showing.
What could be causing this problem?

Also, I was wondering if I could have the option to disable the pop up window and go to the check out page instead when clicking on Shopping Cart.

Could you give me your site URL ? It is always easier to check CSS/HTML code on live site.

Please firstly open your browser console and check whether you get some error when you click on cart button. I suspect that the problem is caused by some conflict with 3rd party extension.

The 3rd party extension does not seem to be the problem. The browser console does not show any error message.
When I add a new item the pop up window asking to see the cart or to keep shopping works fine, the problem is happening only when I click on the "Shopping Cart" button.

I would be glad if someone can help me with that issue. I need to deliver this website in one week time.
We have been chatting since 28th January about something that I believe could be more straight forward.
As I said in 29th January, I could have sent the link via PM and we probably would have this solved earlier.
Sorry, I do not want to sound rude. I am just feeling a bit frustrated.
