Traslation for My Account in Top Nav

Hi,
I'm trying to traslate text on topnav for "my account" and "shopping cart" with no success till now.
kindly confirm where I shall do this traslation.

That was exactly what I've thoght. There I found traslation for the sentence "welcome visitor you can log in or create an account". But I can't find anywhere traslation for "My Account" and "Shopping Cart". Where are these placed?

The phrases on the right side in the top nav are menu items from the top menu - you can edit it in the menu manager.
