Unable to edit shop section under vm

Hello,
I am unable to edit the shop portion in vm to add me as the vendor and change the currencys... when I try to click on the link it brings up a link page:

This is not template issue but VirtueMart problem. Your memory limit is to low and you need to contact with your hosting company to increase this value. Without this it will not work properly.
