Hello,

I have recently descovered that the cookie consent plugin slows down the webpage loading time. It takes about 2 seconds to load the javascript behind it. I have checked with the admin of the webhosting service and the problem isn't the webhosting.
After more tests i descovered that the cookie consent plugin is loaded from an outside source (something like amazon s3) and that the javascript of the plugin is loaded directly from the webpages script and not from an outside separate js.
I need the cookie consent (and i think that all the gavick template users need this) to be loaded separately from an outside .js and make it look like the cookie consent you have on your website. I really like it because it is minimal, it doesn't seem to affect the webpage loading time at all and it would fit in perfectly with my website. Plus the fact that i don't want the privacy settings bar to appear anymore.
If you don't mind please share the code with me and the other users of your website. I have seen one other thread where you already posted the code, but i got the feeling that it was not complete and the user that mentioned he wanted this code sayd that the coockie consent appeared on all the pages even if he closed it.
Also if you can help me figure out how to put it in a separate .js file and load it from there it would be greatly apreciated.

I am using an instyle template with joomla 2.5.17 and virtuemart 2.0.26d.

Thank you for your great products and support so far.

This cookie consent plugin is not our product but Silktide plugin and scripts are from external sources. You can always disable this plugin and install some Joomla! plugin to show cookie info.
