when I'm in your shopping cart and want to go to checkout - is the error - Please choose a shipping method. In the administrator but shipping types are defined. :?

Probably you use latest VirtueMart but not template in 3.11 version which support this VirtueMart release. Please provide us more details about your template and VirtueMart version.
