Create new account not showing

I have the default login module installed on the sidebar here:

http://www.playersgolfbelts.co.uk/new/

But for some reason "Create new account" is not appearing underneath

Account creation is enabled in the administrator section.

What did I not do ?

because it has been overridden by our template : gk_instyle\html\mod_login\default.php

please rename folder name -> gk_instyle\html\mod_login\ to "mod_login_off"
and default module links should be seen

p.s.
Second option:
add register link to menu.
