Could you please help me to fix it?

Do you use some News Show Pro module configured to display content from VirtueMart? Please try to unpublish this module and check whether this helps.

Thank you for your response. I did what you've adviced and it did help but only for the frontpage. As far as the search is concerned there are no changes.

Ok so the problem disappear for homepage and still exist on all other pages? If yes you probably have another module published on all pages except home that returns no results. My advise is to disable all modules and test subpages.
