Problem with submenus - inStyle 2.5

Hello.

I've installed the quickstart package of inStyle (joomla 2.5) and when I'm trying to customise it I have the following problems:

1. When I try to open a product from the virtuemart menu on the left sidebar the page appears without loading the html and css settings. It loads only the links (see attached image problem1.jpg)

2. When I create a menu with k2 items the top category item is OK, but when I put subcategory on the menu, the page cannot be displayed: (The requested URL /cosmetics/index.php/naturalsnailtherapy/day-cream-with-anti-aging-complex-2 was not found on this server.) Here the problem is that index.php must be before cosmetics in the URL, but I don't know why Joomla changes their positions..

Can somebody help?
