Upgrading inStyle 3.11.2vm to 3.12

Hello

When upgrading the template version 3.11.2vm to 3.12, can I just install the new version using Jommla's Extention Mananger, overwriting the old version? Are there any precautions I should be aware of before doging it except for backing up?

Well, the template is successfully upgraded using the Extension Manager :)
