gk_instyle_quickstart_J won't download fully- is it corrupt?

I am trying to download gk_instyle_quickstart_J!3.zip and it keeps failing at 18.3mb/21mb - other files from your site all seem to download correctly - is this one corrupted?

There is known problem... Please either use different browser, or clear cookies and relogin to our service.

Another browser acts like one with cleared cookies and user data - if you would like to use Chrome and download correctly, please clear cookies for domain gavick.com with user data. Ctrl_f5 might also help and rehash the links. If that fails - Incognito will download correctly for sure.
