Change the email-form

Hello!

Can someone help me with changing the "Send by email" function?

Function today in the template : Add email to send to along with own email. It automatically gets the article URL and attach it to the email.

I want: When clicking on Email, the visitor shall only add their own Email & phonenumber + message and the mail with URL to article should then be sent to an email adress that is specific for the category.
The Email is set as an "Extra field" in the category.

Is this possible? And how can I make this work? Any help will be very much welcomed!

This is core Joomla! feature and nothing related with the template. My advise is to look for some plugin at extensions.joomla.org which may replace default Joomla! mail feature.
