Add new field in gkContact

How can i add an extra field to the gkcontact form on the creativity template?

Hi,
it not possible , this is very simple contact plugin,
So if you need:
1) more features
2) custom fields
3) and you don't know basic of php to customize plugin.
Use another contact module - on JED you will find many of them.
Maybe this will be better solution for you. Even I do this many times, I like freedom of choice.

...maybe in the middle of march I will add new article on our documentation how to add contact module with custom fields etc.
