drop down menu problem in firefox

Hi,

I have a search option with drop down menu's which works fine in Chrome and IE but in Firefox you cannot make a choice from the drop down menu. The menu shows but when I want to select an item of the list the list disappears. However, it is possible to make a choice with the arrow keys but that is not an option.

Site is offline now, I can get you credentials in pm if you need them.

Is this a default template Search form or some default Joomla module? If it is kind of 3rd party extension you need to contact with module/plugin authors.

It is not a default template search Form, however, when we test this search form on a standard template (not InStyle but Beez5) it works fine in Firefox.

Yep, but probably some styles may be in conflict with template but until it is not one of our supported extensions you should contact with the extension providers for more help.

Problem is that the provider of the search extension tells me I have to contact the provider of the template... Is it possible to use several templates at the same time so I can use a standard template for my search extension?

Could you show me the page where this dropdown have a problem? Why you should contact with us when you have a problem with this extension not with the template?
