Try to install gk_instyle_quickstart_J!3.zip Joomla 3.3 package.
As soon as I click next in the language selection screen nothing happens.

How to solve this issue?

Hi, leave it. Just install using default language, and after all install you native language from back-end.
It can be also temporary Joomla error with access to xml.
