How does one make the site to read/translate to Arabic while the content is written in English?

Either create a multilanguage site or use a plugin that allows for "in site" google translation.

Do you guys have that plugin here on Gavick? This multilanguage site you speak of means I have to rewrite everything that has been written in English in another language?

but if you seek for quality translation - the only way is to create and translate the content from scratch.
