Color name, no Product name in child products drop down

Hello

I have a problem with drop down options of a child products. Please, see image attached / visit:

The options in drop down are the names of the products.

I need that the options on drop down there are the name of colors (Eg. White, Pink, Black...). I try to use "Use Slug", but don't work for me because the color selected is not sending in the order confirmation email

I have some option to display color name in drop down of a childs products ?
