Missing 'logo' module position

Hi,
have just purchased InStyle and it doesn't seem to have the 'logo' module position included.
I viewed the demo before purchase and the module position exists in the demo. i dont want to use the logo image insert from the template parameters as this position is not centered.
Can anyone offer some advice as I need this position available?

It's not "logo" module position - if you look more closely, some modules have grey background - it means they are specific for this template and can be used only via some of the template settings making it not available for standard modules.
