Hi there
I tried to configure the module to show k2 category, but it says "Error: No articles to display" while in the selected category I created 4 articles and all of them are published!
this module also is not working for virtuemart categories when you define more than 3 products!

p.s: I updated the module to last version and it is not working as expected.
thanks in advance

Could you please provide me with a URL to your website and back-end access via PM (click the “Private Message” text underneath my avatar) so that I may analyze it? It is a lot easier for us to diagnose issues when we have a live site to examine.

Hi again
I checked the website and NSP for K2 is working now, would you please let me know what was the issue?
and also about best seller module I think you didn't check with VM categories! right now I configured it to show 4 specific items because if I change it to VM categories it will generate error 500!
There is another thing I need your help please, If you click on "online store" menu item you will see "Featured Products" is not working as expected and I am not able to find the module to see the configuration!
Thanks

Hi

I have not checked Your site yet. But since articles were showed with time than it means either Your cache is not letting new content to be shown OR Your database time is different that server time which would cause a time gap for articles to show. Try play with Time offset function in module settings to reduce this gap.

Hi

Please let check the first thing first. This problems may be connected.

Any luck with "Time offset" ? Please remember to check the value by publishing new articles and checking if it's visible right after publication in module.

Hi
I published a new article is same category and I changed the start publishing date to prior month but it is not published in NSP module again! if the problem occurs because of time offset or anything related to date or time this trick should solve the problem but it didn't!
what do you think?

Hi again
The good news is if I change the News Order setting to "By Publish Date" it works fine and it is enough for me now, so, my priority is about Virtuemart Categories in the module and "Shop Front Page" menu "Feature Products".
waiting for your response.

Hi

Please do not bump Your own post. It only moves Your question at the end of the line and I need more time to get to it.

In the matter of fact changing publishing date is a fix for this problem itself. When new item is created it uses a date from database settings, but if it's modified than the date from joomla is used. And the problem is between joomla and database time.

For the VM issue I've noticed that only categories " COOKWARE" and "KITCHENWARE" are causing this problems, so I believe it's not because of NSP, but most certainly because of some database issue. Try using repair option on all VM tables in datatabase using some database manager system.
