Menu Item settings to achieve same look as demo

The demo has a drop down menu that shows all sub items. My menu does not look like this at all and can't find how to do it in the documentation.

Look at http://www.pinkchella.com menu then compare it to the demo version on Gavick

I'm sure it has something to do with the text separator options. Is that anywhere in documentation where I can find this?
